I feel really good about this new client I got. I have done more than 10 inspections for them in under 2 weeks. Its been so dead with interest rates, that I have only done 2 other normal clients in that same span. They already paid my first invoice, and my contact with them stated that I have had the fastest response times, and turn around on inspection that he has seen so far. He was going to hire a couple more guys, but said he is going to wait and see if I can keep up.

I feel terrible for working for this type of company though. They are HUGE and buying up everything right now, because they dont give a fuck about interest rates. They are buying shit up everywhere, and are part of the reason prices arent coming down. Its strategic on their part, and it is hurting the little guy, and preventing young people from having any faith in being able to purchase a home.

Truth is though, that I am dead, and this is going to get me through a lean time, with virtually no problems. If I dont do them, someone other asshole will, and fuck him.
