The offense is offensive, but you might be surprised to know that Xavier Hutchinson has more catches (57) than any other FBS receiver so far this season. Unfortuantely, the Cyclones just cannot score! :)

can you believe that just in the pac DTR has a better rating completion% and avg yards.
Penix is .1 off of rating but has higher completion % and avg yards
Rising is .8 under in rating with a higher completion % and the exact same avg yards
Nix and Blackman arent far behind either.
but according to some announcers and i had never heard it anywhere else CW has a nickname of superman?

Caleb Williams is definitely a good QB. But he's streaky. He singlehandedly won the game for OU last year in a miraculous come from behind victory against Texas but then he played very average in some games the rest of the season and downright poorly at times before coming alive again in the bowl game against Oregon. If Muleshoe had stayed along with CW, Grinch, etc. Oklahoma would likely still have at least two losses this year although the horrible losses we've had would probably have been closer games.
 
damn Bam/TN killed it this past week.. Thought TCU/osu would have had better ratings being an undefeated matchup and all

Wisconsin/MSU surprises me.

With 8 of the 10 most watched games being on broadcast TV (CBS, FOX, ABC, NBC), and only 2 being ESPN, that supports what someone had said earlier about free TV getting the best ratings, and why these over the air broadcast companies are upping the ante on these media rights contracts.

I wonder how these ratings will look once the new contracts take place and the new members are with the new conferences. Does ABC at the 3:30pm slot continue to get the ratings that CBS got? Does Big Noon take a hit if CBS now gets first dibs for the 3:30pm BiG slot?

I can believe it. Caleb Williams wasn't incredible last season. He was very good for a freshman but I'm not surprised Gabriel has a better passer rating.

Just 20% of the most watched games were cable, satellite, or streaming. That's very telling.

Especially for ESPN who put all their apples in the SEC basket.
Expect a lot more 24/7/365 SEC pimping by ESPN going forward since they've got the 24/7/365 podium for it.

That'll give cads like WhoPhoneDis and others, who spend their entire message board life regurgitating what the heard on ESPN, a boner.
