So using a pale spokesperson with sunken grey eyes wasn’t a great idea.
 
I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in likely decades, I barely know who Pete Davidson is, I've never seen the commercial, and I have no idea who Kate McKinnon is.

Why is this shit being actively discussed on the internets and why is it spilling into our little slice of internet heaven?

From what limited exposure I've seen of her on SNL she seems pretty funny (her Elizabeth Warren impression is really good) but holy hell those Verizon commercials are borderline unwatchable.
