Well, I watched Ewers' playoff loss to Westlake and etched in my mind was the pic of Ewers, sitting on the sideline, bawling. He's just not the savior so many make him out to be. Just a horrible game for him today. Horrible.

Bijan and Rojo are gone after 4-5 games, as will be Whittington most likely. Something to consider when calibrating your expectations for next year.

Worthy is less and less of a teammate every week that goes by. Without more effort, he’ll be lucky to be a day 3 draft pick. If you’re 160 lbs, you’d better be special. He’ll have another year, he better take advantage of it.

Cook will still EE.. our fans are never easy to please. But I still agree with what Sark did yesterday, you gotta stick with Ewers through thick and thin. Only way he's gonna learn from this.

Most disappointing news is Anthony Cook's injury.. broke his arm.. they clearly missed him once he left the game. Hope Watts, Guillebeau can heal up over the bye week and be ready for KSU on the road.

As of this post Oklahoma hasn’t scored on Texas yet this season, but yippee OSU scored!! You guys crack me up.
 
lol man i let ou have fun at the expense of our loss.. they would be making fun of osu too had they lost. I'll be here jibbing at them when they lose to "Big12 championship is not my goal" Campbell this week

Matt Campbell is up there as well but he is at Iowa State which is harder to win at than Oklahoma State.

Sonny Dykes is also looking promising at TCU so far.
 
Ewers is one of 3 QBs since 2000 to throw 49 passes in a game and complete less than 20 of them.

In all serious, there are probably not even a handful of coaches that I think have been better and more consistent than Gundy. Year after year he wins 9-10 games and is not at a place that attracts a lot of talent. I have no idea what is buried in his closet, but it is amazing he was never picked up by a blue blood. He hasn’t gotten many serious looks, it’s crazy to me.

Ugh... he got several serious looks at Tennessee during the searches were we hired both Butch Jones and Jeremy Pruitt. He almost pulled trigger on one of those searches. Also Tennessee isn't the only one that has pursued him seriously but it is the school that I know.

He tends to go shopping every 4-5 years and then Oklahoma State pays him. He graduated Oklahoma State so I also think their is some loyalty to the alma mater. Interesting to see if Oklahoma State still pays him big money with the Big12 contract shrinking.
