Rumors out there they were caught smoking in the locker room before the game. Kinda hilarious if true, but I have my doubts. They let them play in the game still?

Who possibly could have seen that coming ... kids that have done nothing getting paid millions to come to a school and those already there not getting as much. Nah, that won't cause any problems. What a bunch of dumbasses.

same players commit to Bama, UGA, LSU for the most part.. sure a few still wind up getting dismissed from those programs too. I just don't think it's because they all have an EGO. Denver Harris sounds like a headcase. LJ Johnson basically quit on them and I see why.. the RB room has been mismanaged all season long. Smoke immediately was rumored to be homesick a few weeks into fall camp. Stewart, Marshall.. all have been frustrated with how the offense is going this far into the season. I can see why they may portal too, it's not an EGO thing imo

again.. i think it's not about the money.. I think the direction (or lack of) on the offense is frustrating these players.. Maybe the older players are used to it and the younger ones aren't. It's amazing how better they look when they open the field up and hurry up compared to the typical sluggish pro sets Jimbo loves to run

That's not what people are saying ... there is a lot of smoke that the underclassmen aren't buying in, and let's face it they are almost all DL. Just kidding, but the culture there for all sorts of reasons seems fucked up.

lol all the reports have been on Harris who is a headcase (CB), Marshall (WR), LJ Johnson (RB), PJ WIlliams (OT). Smoke is a GA kid who is homesick and has been an open secret that he looked to portal back home (DE).

Who are the other DLs that are showing they are portaling after the season? Nolan? Stewart? Dindley? Nothing has come about with them

Nope, because we aren't playing that game. Your dad comes to UGA with his hand out, you are off the board. UGA is emphasizing NFL, facilities, and once you get here you have a chance to make some good money, but we ain't paying you to come here. Smart learned that culture means more than anything the year we had the Fields shit, and we lost to you guys when he allowed a bunch of guys who weren't going to play come to NOLA.

I am not saying we aren't playing the game, but we aren't going full Miami/ATM buying players route.

I’m sure it isn’t all ego. But if you don’t think any of those aren’t prima donna types I’ve got some ocean front property for you our here in the West Texas oil patch.

I'd expect to see some portal entries this week. This year is going to mimic 2015 when A&M lost two 5* QB's (one of which ended up winning th Heisman). Back in 2015 this is what was said about why they chose to leave:

Uncertainty with the direction of Texas A&M's offense, the future of the offensive coaching staff, trust issues between the quarterbacks and coaches and how the quarterbacks were utilized were among the concerns that led to both Murray's and Allen's transfers, sources indicated to ESPN.com.


I can re-write that for 2022:

Uncertainty with the direction of Texas A&M's offense, the future of the offensive coaching staff, trust issues between the *players* and coaches and how the *players* are utilized are the concerns that *players are considering when thinking about* transfering, dyezak specuates.
