Predict the CFP Top 25

How many were shocked that TCU was that far down? I mean I know the guys on ESPN says, "Oh, plenty of ball left, this is just the first one. It doesn't matter." They just said the BIG XII had depth. So, which is it?

They rank Texas with 3 losses but disrespect TCU.

To me, Texas' season is a weird story. I mean just "off". They came within a whisker of beating Bama with a backup QB. They lose to Texas Tech (4-4), barely scraped by Iowa State (3-5), just destroy Oklahoma, and only lost by a TD to Oklahoma State.

UCLA in particular is egregious...somebody mentioned they beat Utah and Washington...so what...Utah lost to Florida, who is currently 1-4 in the SEC and Washington who yeah...is 6-2, but, lol, every team they have beaten is 3-5 and they lost to a 3-5 Arizona State team that got absolutely throated by Oklahoma State. who in turn got bum-rushed by Kansas State last weekend, but somehow UCLA is better than all of them because they beat a Washington team by a touchdown that couldn't carry K-State or Oklahoma State's bath water...ridiculous.

The Pac-12 better pray for some favorable bowl matchups, because last year's 0-5 record looks like it's going to be on repeat.

Replace the name Texas with let’s say West Virginia with that resume, WVU wouldn’t sniff a top 25 CFP ranking.

Texas wins those two games. TCU been living on the edge and people are reading too much into their Okie Lite whooping.

And I'll repeat, in a 12 team format November basically doesn't matter. All these teams are basically locks for the playoff and we'll be having riveting discussions about Illinois or North Carolina losing with dignity to make it in.
 
A lot of bitch, bitch, bitch and bitch. There is still a lot of football to be played and at the end of the day there will be 4 teams picked and probably only 3 have any business being there and at least one blowout playoff game.

These rankings literally do not matter after Saturday.

They got the top two right in the first ranking last year with

1. Georgia
2. Alabama

I don’t remember this, but apparently the 3 and 4 teams in last season’s first playoff rankings were:

3. Michigan State
4. Oregon

If you still control your own destiny, just win your games and you’re in
