I've been told if you are already a member you are fine and nothing further needs to take place. You will continue to have access to the site and boards.

No one is registering now so it doesn’t benefit us to remain open. For all current members, nothing will change.

If you want to invite anyone to register, they need to do so before tomorrow morning.
 
If it takes me paying $8 for a HooplaNation check mark (team colors of course) then by God I’ll do it…
