What kind of voodoo hex did you put on us to have Blake Corum writhing on the ground grabbing his knee the week before we play, when our backup is already out.
 
We've been relatively healthy this year sans a few WR injuries. Now we've lost Edwards and Corum in back to back weeks. Bet the house on OSU if we don't have them next week. It will get ugly.

Replay didn't look like a hyperextension. The way he let go of the ball before hitting the ground from the pain makes me think it is much worse.

I don't think he is. He let go of the ball to grab his knee before he hit the ground. I think it is serious. Donovan Edwards is out too. So if those two are out -- we'd be down to our 3rd string RB that is a true freshman.

I went from excited to see the OSU/UM game to dreading it now.

If he’s out it changes everything, unfortunately. Whole season takes a sharp left turn.

In reality -- if we are just missing Corum -- UM would be in serious trouble. He is the guy who makes the offense go. 8 straight games with 100+ yards a td. We don't have a RB who could come close to mimicking what he does, as his vision is crazy.

I just want to vomit, in general, because of this injury. UM's season will essentially be over today. Hell -- without Corum or Edwards, we may not even beat Illinois today.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think Edwards is bad but Corum is a baller
 
Corum is playing in the 2nd half. Allegedly.

Edwards is a way better receiver than Corum, but Corum is the life line of our offense. Take him out and no clue what we will look like. The 3rd string back we will put in now -- he was benched for fumbling earlier in the year in garbage time.

He was the one guy we couldn't lose.
