Welp, my Lakers won theyselves a champeenship last night.

Now I just need @moxie @ukfanfrombirth(cali cat) and my Dodgers to win the World Series and it will help make up for 2020 being such a shitshow of a year.

The Seahawks winning the Super Bowl would be great too, but I don't want to seem greedy.

Might have either Tampa or LA with double championships this year

Which would be AWFUL

So on Saturday I went running for the first time in about 20 years. Did about a mile and 3/4. Yesterday wife asked me if I wanted to go again, so I did... Which was a mistake. About half way through my knee started to throb, ended up walking the rest of the way. Got home and did the RICE treatment, so it feels a little better today. But my upper thighs are killing me.

Anybody else that runs, should I wear a brace? I have a sleeve support that I got a few years back after I broke my tibial plateau.

When I first started getting back into distance running I wore a knee one for a little bit as my body was getting more used to it. I was having bad knee trouble like a month into training and the brace helped. Sleeves in general are just good, too. I always wear arm ones when I work out.

A sleeve should help. Back when I was still playing in basketball leagues, I got to where I would wear one and it helped.

Need the Braves to make it to the World Series so Braves Twitter can go more than a day without the "woe is me being a Braves fan is so hard" nonsense.

It definitely helped yesterday after I got home. I only had pain in my right knee but I'm thinking I should go ahead and get one for the left

In other exciting Hu-health news, I'm down to 170 lbs for the first time in about 15 years. This mid-life crisis has been great
