I scroll down my Facebook and all I see on SEC Nation or DawgNation (I am not sure why it pops up) is the low class Georgia fans going on and on about Tennessee. Go to Uncle Lou's feed as well. Guy has a hard on for Tennessee for some reason.

I have never seen such an undeserving fan base get success and this is why I hate sports. The worse fucking assholes and pieces of shit get to talk smack and win. It is a toxic sport because of that.

Tennessee has one good year and they meltdown and throw hateful comments after hateful comments. I have never seen a worse SEC fanbase in my entire life. SCREW THEM ALL and their useless DUMPSTER FIRE STATE.

Also if you are a conservative, you can think their useless state for electing Biden and probably for helping Democrats win the Senate. Their state also spawned CNN.

Auburn had beaten you six times in a row and you win one game because Stidham had the most atrocious day of his career and really should have been pulled at halftime but you and tinman acted like you had won the superbowl and talked more shit than I could believe. It was ridiculous after losing 6 straight so there isn't a whole lot of room here for you to talk.

If you think that shit is bad try being an Auburn fan in the state of Alabama during Saban's run and having every fan base in America assume you are the whipping boy of Bama regardless of the fact that we have actually had more success against Alabama than anyone in the country. We had a shit team last year and took them to 4 OTs so anyone that doesn't respect what we have done vs Bama can suck it.

My advice is to grow a set and enjoy the fact that you are good enough to be a target and not a laughing stock. The fact is you guys pulled off the biggest choke job of the decade Saturday and you were flying so high that you are going to catch it for that incredible achievement so buck up and swallow the medicine or find another hobby.
 
My guess, just guessing, is that the only reason they didn't like Ohio State was the CJ Stroud vs. Hendon Hooker rivalry for the Heisman AT THAT TIME.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch kind of a situation. This is Tennessee sports. They find ways to do the umfathonable to lose.

I won't lie, Auburn isn't much better for me. I went to graduate school at Samford and lived in the state for 3 years (it was 2006-2009) so Auburn as good at first but then Saban came later.

I remember talking to Auburn fans and they were the worse about Tennessee. It was shocking because Alabama fans were easier to talk to and they are supposed to be our rivals.

Also, Auburn fans (like Georgia) have been some of the worse through our "down" period. I guess it could be the eye of the beholder.

I personally think some Auburn fans have little man syndrome. It is like in Highschool, the popular kids (despite dumb movies) don't go around picking on kids, it is those kids that want to be popular and are sitting out that do it.

Of course every fanbase has "those" fans.

I agree with the bold. Auburn won a National Title and played in another during the Saban run. They also beat Saban 4 times. Doesn't sound like much but no one else comes close.

I do think Auburn has a very short leash with coaches and you got lucky after Tubberville with the Chizik and then Malzahn situations. I am surprised you guys can get good candidates. Tennessee holds onto Butch 5 years and Dooley/Pruitt for 3 years and people say we don't give coaches changes. Never really understood that.

It’s not little man syndrome it’s having a chip on your shoulder and you can’t be an Auburn fan if you don’t have one. We are out numbered in this state by one of the most obnoxious fan bases in America by a 70 to 30 percent split so you learn to bring it and shut BS down quick.

Make no mistake Auburn is respected but we’ve earned every inch of it the hard way. Wouldn’t have it any other way and would rather lose every game and be an Auburn fan than win every game and be a Bammer.

Being an Auburn fan isn’t just a choice it’s a state of mind.

I can agree to that. I would classify you as a good fan definitely.

I won't to be less of a Tennessee fan honestly (mostly just care less not necessarily go to a different team).

Tennessee has a major reputation for choking right now: Basketball against Michigan, Baseball against Notre Dame, now football against South Carolina.

We were probably going to get a CFB bid. Only TCU and USC were in our way and one of those is likely to lose. (Both would have deserved to go in over an 11-1 Tennessee if they had won out though).

We somehow need to shed that reputation and I don't know how you can do it.

Going back to Alabama and Auburn, it was funny because it was a 50/50 split around 2006 because Auburn was very good but I left the state in 2009 and by then, the Alabama base had come alive with Saban. Heck, I remember detractors about Saban when they struggled in 2007. What really got Saban some life and really sank Fulmer and Tennessee was that 2007 matchup. Tennessee was heavily favored but Alabama blew them out. You can blame us.

It's never been a 50/50 split the Bammers just get really quiet when they suck. They put that gear back into the closet faster than any fanbase on the planet.

That is why a healthy Auburn is not just important for Auburn, the SEC but for the entire world. We are the Night Watch in the SEC that keeps the evil past the wall at bay and protects innocent people from obnoxious acts like tea-bagging, random shootings and plant poisonings.

Yeah but that is true of everyone. I don't think fans hop around teams much. Now kids may pick winning teams like in Tennessee a lot of people grew up to be Alabama fans because they were winning.

People just dial out when their team isn't good.
