GAME Apple Cup: #13 Washington at Washington State, 7:30 PM PST, ESPN

What’s the over/under on this game? If it’s less than 100, I’m taking the over.
 
Hey all my NCAA rule understanders. When the offense makes a sub, is the defense allowed to sub and delay it long enough so the offense gets a delay? UW just ran 15 seconds off the play clock on that substitution with the lineman walking off of the field.

they can...so you can't run subs in late...it's a reasonable time thing

uh, he's not black, he's native american. That's not the same thing lol. I had drinks with him at the MSU game this year. Still a pretty cool guy.
 
What about Joe Kapp...he's a minority, right?

You guys had Garfield’s Stanback too. I think it was Garfield, my brothers team beat his and I know it was a Seattle school. Until this year I can’t think of a black QB for Wazzu but 3 of our 4 scholarship QB’s are black…we all know Leach wasn’t a fan of a dark skinned QB. Fuck he refused to recruit Hawaii for QB’s when Gesser and Thompson were recruiting Tua.

Hmm, I wasn’t actually alive for Thompson but I thought he and Sixkiller were the QB’s cause Rypien was the 80’s QB.

But is the defense allowed to cause a delay of game. Not saying UW was trying too but what is to stop them? The Dline man slow walked off the field burning at least 10 seconds.
 
How did this Coug D hold the ducks to 9 first half points? Thoughts @OregonDucks ?

He said minority, and counted Gesser, who I would guess is a white, and is certainly not black, and a Hawaiian on his list. Sixkiller counts.

Both were late 70's. Sixkiller was before that.
