GAME Apple Cup: #13 Washington at Washington State, 7:30 PM PST, ESPN

Woah, any penalty under a minute I thought was a 10 second runoff?

My bad. Huck your Fuskies.
Isn't that a duck thing? I ask that honestly because I only ever see them say it and it feels like they expect it to mean something to us, but I just don't care. It started as a way to say fuck before you could get away with saying fuck on sandwich boards and whatnot in the 70's.

Only if the clock is running and it's a procedure penalty...and you can take a time out to avoid the run off

Caleb might be a heisman frontrunner after that game they said. Thoughts on that @OregonDucks ?

Fuck them, we have said that before Oregon bought a football program. That was the first thing I remember about football my cousin told me when I was 8 prior to my first football game I ever attended which was the 92 snow bowl

I thought they had to take a timeout, that’s why I said woah because we had a timeout and Dickert didn’t take it.

It depends if the clock is running, if it's a stopped clock there is no run off.

The upside down W is pretty recent. The huck the fuskies thing goes way back before your time. Maybe cougs use it too, but I only really see it from duck fans and they are pretty much all obsessed with it. Entirely fine because there are likely way worse things they could come up with if they knew it had no meaning/insult to any of us.

Wait, Washington can't go to the CCG even if they win...damn...they're playing for pride and to raw dog, that's sand and no vaseline, Oregon...good times and plenty of incentive

No self respecting Coug uses the upside down W. That’s the good sign four our volleyball team and literally our baseball hat. Huck the Fuskies has been around since the late 80’s and I don’t think Oregon played real sports until 1994.

Yeah, it's like something a 10 year old would say and be all proud of himself.
You do realize these are college kids with parents right? When you were in college or college age how many times did you curse in front of your dad? There are two weekends in Pullman, Apple Cup weekend in even years and every year Dads weekend.

I mean, it's not a big deal, not trying to be a dick about it. And I'm pretty sure college is when I started saying "fuck Oregon" around my dad.

The Apple cup has always been a poor man’s civil war
How many times has the CW had the conf championship on the line before both teams? I'd say the CW has 100% always been the little bro of the AC. Facts.
