The Uthes, btw...jumped 3 spots in the CFP poll after beating 1-11 Colorado!

Yep, they jump 3 spots for beating a team that won only one fucking game all season!
Stuff like this makes people think the committee doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Utah's the same team they were before that game. And even if some of the others ahead of them may have lost, none were playing a Colorado type team. Not even close.

Don't understand why people think TCU is in the CFP even with a loss. Or even with a win for that matter. They've been dropped before from the #3 spot to #6 after a convincing win the last game of the season. The names Alabama and Ohio State carry A LOT more weight with the committee than the Horny Toads. Resumes do not matter. TCU has a better strength of record than Georgia or Michigan and they are still behind them in the CFP rankings. What makes anyone think TCU with a 12-1 resume and a better strength of record is a bigger draw than 11-1 Ohio State or 10-2 Alabama? They aren't. If they were, they'd have been to ones moving to the SEC instead of Texas and Oklahoma.
This is 2022, not 2014, and the Big 12 getting greedy and trying to claim two conference champions instead of just calling Baylor the Big 12 champs screwed them over.

The committee put in Cincinnati last year despite Ohio State sitting there at 10-2.

TCU is in unless they get absolutely boat raced

Maybe I made that too complicated for you.

Let's try this....

tOSU - 11-1 Only loss is to undefeated current number 2 in CFP, Michigan
USC - 11-1 Only loss is to 9-3 current number 7 in CFP, Utah

In the latest CFP poll USC is ahead of tOSU.

To make it "appear" as though logic was used, the Uthes moved up 3 spots in the poll after beating a team that has only won 1 game all season.

Now then....

Do you get it now?!?!?!?

Well?
...And when comparing losses, one was a blowout loss at home to the #2 team, the other was a (what?) 1 or 2 point loss away to the #11 team.

But the same discrepancy can be said of Michigan and Georgia. According to their own rankings, Michigan has better wins than Georgia does, yet ranked Michigan behind them.

Did I mention that Colorado, who only won one game all season managed to hang 3 TDs on this highly ranked Utah team in the second half of last week's game?

The committee must have been real impressed with that!

They can use what ever method they choose, to move the pieces as they see fit, to meet the outcome they want.

USC needs to win the Pac first yes?

Michigan has better wins than Georgia? Lmao how?

You saying Big 10 > SEC? Georgia played Oregon and 2 ACC opponents for their OOC. Michigan played UConn Colorado St and Hawaii.

I’m Still laughing about the Illinois Michigan game

OSU you might have a better win, but not wins.

UGA has 4 wins against their top 25, all of em blowouts too

Call me skeptical but a team that lets Drew Pyne throw for over 300 yards might not have a championship caliber defense.

*Better ranked wins

Michigan's best wins are against #5 OSU and #8 PSU teams ranked by the committee
Georgia's best wins are against the #7 Tennessee #16 Oregon teams ranked by the committee

Michigan struggled with 8-4 Illinois (a team with one of the best defenses in the country) the same week Georgia struggled with 7-5 Kentucky

Kentucky could absolutely hang with Penn St. Have you not paid attention to the SEC? There is no comparison with the SEC and the Big10

Oh the Michigan fans drinking koolaid. Coming back to earth will happen soon no worries

Georgia doesn't play in the SEC, it plays in the SEC East...the B10 West of the SEC. Their best win was from a team that gave up 63 points to South Carolina.

This is a fact.

Illinois ranks
#2 in scoring defense
#8 in rushing defense
#5 in passing defense
#3 in total defense

Goodness you are dumb. The big 10 west is beyond bad talent wise. Way Worse than the Pac 12. When is the last time they won their conference championship game?

Lmao at comparing SEC East and the Big 10
West. Florida could win the big 10 west :L

I need some koolaid gifs brb

The light bulb is obviously not on bud. Do
You know that is based on a really bad schedule? Look at who they played.

Yes the big 10 west is awful. It’s been awful. Like for years and years.

It’s like you forget the Iowa fans that really think they are good all year.

Good luck with Purdue. They are stout
