BUT..... did you miss the part that she had been in CLOSE proximity (same room, sharing a meal.... extended period of time) to my nephew, who had just been tested the day before? Maybe I should've mentioned that he had a fever, aches, etc etc.... but I thought "tested" and waiting for results was pretty self-explanatory. She shouldn't have been out and about until his results at a minimum were known.

I mean... there are certain lines..... don't you think?

Oh, I thought he would be tested due to his situation of having underlying issues, not that he was feeling extra unwell. I personally would probably stay away from anyone in that situation because you never know if you're an asymptomatic carrier and it seems risky to be carrying that around someone with a compromised system. I'd be very concerned about your uncle bringing extra germs to your nephew. Scary shit.
 
Went for a walk today and it felt so good to be out in the sunshine. Pulled my mask up any time I was within 20 feet of another human, so hopefully the big bad bugs fucked off today.

The house I'm in love with is for sale - for $700k! It even has a gorgeous pool and a lanai for grilling on :cry:

OK, now a reality check.

If you put 5% down, that's $35,000.

You would be financing $665,000 at maybe 3.15% for 30 years.

Your monthly note will be about $2,858 a month, not including mortgage insurance, home insurance and taxes. Taxes, typically run 1% of assessed value, so add about $8,000 a year in property taxes.

Your $665,000 loan will cost you $1,028,790 just in financing.

Add to that 30 years of $8,000 in taxes.

Oh, there's also maintenance and upkeep.
