But look at much of Europe... who had taken precautions...
and what good did it do?
the bylaws state that if current version reaches capacity before any previous version....all activities of the organization shall be considered null and void and all members shall immediately disperse to the four corners of the internet. sub section b includes the caveat that huskers receives no ones vcash
Oh, I thought he would be tested due to his situation of having underlying issues, not that he was feeling extra unwell. I personally would probably stay away from anyone in that situation because you never know if you're an asymptomatic carrier and it seems risky to be carrying that around someone with a compromised system. I'd be very concerned about your uncle bringing extra germs to your nephew. Scary shit.I'm not scoffing at precautions.
BUT..... did you miss the part that she had been in CLOSE proximity (same room, sharing a meal.... extended period of time) to my nephew, who had just been tested the day before? Maybe I should've mentioned that he had a fever, aches, etc etc.... but I thought "tested" and waiting for results was pretty self-explanatory. She shouldn't have been out and about until his results at a minimum were known.
I mean... there are certain lines..... don't you think?

The market will sort itself out. He starts fucking around with new NS threads and he's gonna find him and his big foot in tumbleweed city.Hi-Yaa. You take charge like a champ, Karen.

I'm more or less... the world is fucked, and NOBODY has a clue.... until either a vaccine is achieved and distributed, or it runs its course.... or we all die.@Win TWINS!!! Also, when you say something like, "what good did it do?" it sounds like you're scoffing, so that's why I questioned it. It came off like you were implying the precautions were worthless, my bad on the interpretation, I guess.![]()
Fewer people died than probably would have without the precautions they took?
Need I remind you the Dodgers suck donkey dicks in hell???
Evidently, I do.
That's cool, though, I never mind having to type "The Dodgers suck donkey dicks in hell."
Oh, and while I'm no fan of the Lakers, I was certainly happy to see Rondo get another ring and Davis finally get one.
Go Cats!!!

teeheeHi-Yaa. You take charge like a champ, Karen.
Went for a walk today and it felt so good to be out in the sunshine. Pulled my mask up any time I was within 20 feet of another human, so hopefully the big bad bugs fucked off today.
The house I'm in love with is for sale - for $700k! It even has a gorgeous pool and a lanai for grilling on![]()

I don't know real estate - but can you get in on that size of a loan with only 5% down?OK, now a reality check.
If you put 5% down, that's $35,000.
You would be financing $665,000 at maybe 3.15% for 30 years.
Your monthly note will be about $2,858 a month, not including mortgage insurance, home insurance and taxes. Taxes, typically run 1% of assessed value, so add about $8,000 a year in property taxes.
Your $665,000 loan will cost you $1,028,790 just in financing.
Add to that 30 years of $8,000 in taxes.
Oh, there's also maintenance and upkeep.
all the damn smileys are changed here
