He only comes around a little before Oregon plays that weekend to talk the team up, make his bold "Oregon is gonna put a 100, Bo Nix is gonna win the Heisman, we own the PAC 12, yada, yada, blah, etc."

So, truly he should be here sometime today... oh wait, Oregon isn't playing in Vegas this Friday.
