I am surprised by that. I hadnt heard it yet.
I wonder if they already had someone in place before the firing.

Well then
They'll cry and say they didn't have the money but deep down they know they could have raised it. It's starting to turn into a joke anymore in Morgantown.Prayers up for @ralphiewvu
They were in that tough spot where they didn't have an AD in place and the recruiting deadline is around the corner. It will happen next year. They'll cry and say they didn't have the money but deep down they know they could have raised it. It's starting to turn into a joke anymore in Morgantown.
Many of us are bracing for how bad this transfer window is going to be. Ultimately that’s what has hindered Brown the most. There was an article a few days ago about how if transfers weren’t allowed, we could have all but 2 starters back. We’ll probably lose half our starters to transfer or (stupidly) declaring for the draft. But limiting transfer is key and why a new AD was brought in.They were in that tough spot where they didn't have an AD in place and the recruiting deadline is around the corner. Liberty has invested heavily in facilities so the program has elevated.Seems like a sideways move to me.

Liberty can offer a lot of cash (they're raking in a shitton from online courses, degrees aren't worth shit). Plus rumors are Chadwell has some stuff lingering around him that's prevented him from getting other jobs the last couple of years. So why not just move to another G5 school and get a big pay bump? And if he does well at Liberty, that'll be 2 schools he's done well at so whatever clouds he does have around him, the P5 schools will be more willing to take a chance on him then
