Hard for me to say this, but I advise watching The Colbert Show from last night. Most of the show was visiting the Thule base in Greenland. Lots of Colbert's shit but a lot of info as to the Space Force mission.Space Force is one of the most retarded things DoD has ever come up with, and that's saying something.
I've been TDY to Thule. It was the Air Force's mission, no need to make a whole new "force" for it. IMO it should just be a command under USAF, like Air Combat Command, Air Mobility Command etc.Hard for me to say this, but I advise watching The Colbert Show from last night. But they can justify throwing more money that can be unaccounted for at it if they split it into two branches.I've been TDY to Thule. What a monumental farce and waste of money.Space Force is one of the most retarded things DoD has ever come up with, and that's saying something.

The Navy is pretty involved with the space mission as well. It's naval ships we use to file missiles to break up space debris and if we ever got into a conflict where we were taking out enemy satellites we would do this mostly from sea as well.I've been TDY to Thule. She is on the offshore sailing team so technically she is a D1 lettermen. Which cracks me up because there isn’t any other way someone from my family would have achieved that!
