Harbaugh does the dishes for the mother of a recruit.

@SJ76 is just showing off his football intellect with his comment. Next will be a post from him saying he was "just kidding" after looking so foolish.

Yes it’s quite funny the love you have for a below average former NFL QB

Blake Bortles has 2 playoff Ws btw and has 17000 yards thrown.

Lololol what a homer. Do a little more research and less spanking the monkey to Jimmy Jam before taking your victory lap son

129 TD 117 INT. and a 66-74 record as a starter. That's pretty meh. Maybe not a "hack" but definitely nothing special.
If you last 14 years in the NFL -- you are doing something right.

How many OSU QB's have lasted 14 years in the NFL in the history of your program?

Ryan Tannehill > Jimmy Jam as a QB
Again -- any QB that lasts 14 years in the NFL is the furthest from a hack you can get. Even if you are a backup QB for 14 years -- you are the elite of the elite at the position for that time period.

A good career comparison is Jon Kitna. Nobody is calling Kitna a "elite" QB. He was around a long time and played a lot of games. But he is what he is.

Well, obviously, he isn't quite the athlete you are. But I'm guessing if NFL teams thought enough of him to draft him in the first round and keep him around the league for 14 years. He was pretty good.

And speaking of doing some research -- you should try it. The average career span for a NFL QB is 4.44 years. I'm thinking he did alright getting to 14 years.

Also while we are on the research talk -- if you actually followed football -- you'd know in the 80's and 90's, CFB and NFL wasn't teams going 4 and 5 wide throwing the ball 50 times a game. The spread didn't become prevalent until the turn of the century. So comparing any QB from the late 80's to QB's now is utter stupidity on your part as it is a completely different game.

Now get off your parents computer and finish up your school work.

I missed it. In the history of OSU football. How many of their QB's played 14 years in the NFL?

And nowhere did I call him an elite NFL QB. I said he wasn't a hack. And again -- comparing Kitna to Harbaugh based on numbers isn't comparable. They played in era's that were completely different games. Harbaugh threw over 358 passes in a season 3 times in 14 years. Kitna had seasons he threw the ball 596, 581, 565 times.

All I stated is -- ANYONE who lasts 14 years in the NFL at QB is one of the top QBs of their time. Was he the best QB in the NFL? No. But he was good enough that teams wanted him and he performed for those teams.

Who cares?

Yea its a good accomplishment to spend 14 years in the NFL at QB, but lets not pretend like he was some elite level player in relevance to the NFL.

I'd day he's borderline top 20 of QB's during his generation, which would put him as below average. He's certainly not a "top QB of his time." He's not even all that close to it. He had one really great year, the rest of his career was the definition of mediocrity.

For the record, Mike Tomczak spent 15 years in the NFL (and has a superbowl ring as a backup). You won't catch me trying to say he was elite for that though.

He’s the janitor of QBs in the NFL. He did squat in the playoffs over 14 years yes.
Lolol at elite backup.

So dumb

Blake Bortles and Ryan Tannehill “have 4-5 WRs out wide and chuck it 50 times a game”

:L

How embarrassing

Tannehill has thrown over 358 passes in a season twice. He’s played less years, had more TDs and the same playoff wins.

Keep trying junior
