Actually a pretty great year for them. A lot to be excited about. Offense really found itself this year and looks like they found a solid qb. However the defense sucked and it’s not like they faced a very difficult schedule.

Hard to say Elko did a great job, considering he’s a defensive guy. But maybe he can turn that side of the ball around.
