I have to use up some charcuterie crap, so I'm tossing some prosciutto & serrano ham with double cream brie (and a smidge of cambozola) between a couple pieces of bread. Wish I had some arugula. The Earl of Sammiches would be happy enough, but yours looks pretty fuckin' good.
