It sounds like this - benign paroxysmal positional vertigo
You remembered about this site, so probably something no big deal. My employee's incident was about 6 years ago now. She went out for lunch like normal about about 10 minutes later one of my other employees got a call from her that went like this: "hello, who is this? I'm sitting in my car but I don't know where I am or where I'm supposed to go but I called this number last".

We went and got her and took her to the hospital. Brain tumor.

But the fact you are just dizzy and not forgetful is likely a lot more minor. Could just be a cold or ear infection.

MISTAKEN DELIVERY

If you notice an address and name on the package that is different from your own, this means that the package was meant for somebody else. In many cases, there will be similarities between the two--but there should be a clear difference.

When you receive a mistaken delivery, call customer service for the delivery company and explain the situation. Give them the tracking number on the package, as well as the name and address on the package if it's different from yours.

The company will come and pick up the product within a reasonable time frame. You shouldn’t be inconvenienced in any way--and you definitely shouldn’t be paying anything.

Above all, just be sure you don’t hang on to mistaken deliveries without contacting the company. These companies will likely be alerted by either the sender or their tracking system that the package was misdelivered. If you don’t take the initiative and contact them, they might show up at your door or call your number asking about the package.

Should you do that? Yes. If it isn't the USPS do you have to legally? No. And I'm not sure legally you have to with packages from the USPS. But that could be a myth.

I not a criminal attorney, but I've sat on a grand jury. I forget the specifics of the law, but I heard enough "theft by deception" and "receiving stolen property" cases that my interest in keeping something sent to my house in error is less than zero.

Haha this reminds me of my buddy’s coffee mug on my last ship. He was the GMT (General Medical Officer).

It said “do not confuse your google search for my medical degree”

One of the women I worked with was a hypochondriac and super gullible.

We had her convinced she had all sorts of things. Her doctor probably hated us.

Playoff baseball and about 30 minutes away from a rare Tuesday night football game.

Yeah, but we're talking about Duke.....he might be playing that X-Box right now.

Made it to dinner ok. Just tried not moving my head too much, and leaned back a little more.
