GAME Orange Bowl: #6 TENN vs #7 CLEMSON • ESPN • 8ET

Dumb, phantom holding call ruined that drive.

Only 2.

For some reason I thought it was more than that.

I'm guessing they went undefeated in the ACC?

Yeah, their only two losses were Notre Dame (the half ACC hybrid team) and South Carolina. They were 9-0 against ACC teams. They won a lot of close games and were down a lot this year, I think that is why you believe they had more losses.

Milton has no idea how to handle pressure. Just stood there and folded like a cheap suit.

Your freshmen QB is making freshmen mistakes. Both teams are really showing their 2023 version of a team more than their 2022 teams in this game. Both coaches are probably liking the experience their QBs and other young players are getting on both sides of the ball.

I personally feel like we need this one more than you guys do to say we are truly "back". However, I do think you guys are the better team and I get nervous every time you get the ball.
Yeah, huge if Tennessee could win this.
I think both QBs are showing promising signs for next season. Imo, I think true freshmen QBs are over hype by fans. There's always silly mistakes that are made, I've seen TL make some really silly plays his freshman year.

Yeah, that has been our defense all year long. However, one opportunity you guys haven't taken advantage of is throwing on us on 4th down instead of kicking those FGs. I think you might have gotten a TD had you gone for it on those FG attempts.
BT has been clutch all season. The 55 yarder I can understand but the 40+ missed FGs are a little surprising

I knew about South Carolina. I think it's the first time they beat Clemson since Spurrier left.

I bet Clemson goes 50 yards on this drive -- they will stall out around the 20-25 yard line and try a FG again

The TENN drum major wears a weird uniform. #fashion

Our offense has really struggled this game. Granted it isn't the same without Hooker, Hyatt, etc. nor did I expect it to be the same but I am not that hopeful for next season. 2024 is looking more like our next big year.

Milton has gotten better but he still has issues and isn't Hooker. Our defense really needs to improve next season.

Looks like Dabo figured out mostly running the ball will seal this one for Clemson.

Great stop by Tennessee defense

That is short, we did it again.

Great TD. Squirrel might be our next Hyatt.

That was a laser

Dang, the Vols might just win this thing with pure heart.
