Now THAT is quite a take

Now THAT is quite a take

I don't think they're the 2nd most talented team or anything, but their talent level, with their schedule, I think they have a great chance to go undefeated. First game against LSU is going to be a huge game. They're returning a ton.

That would be a very interesting but I'm not sure I'd like to see it. Dude needs to go get paid. Besides, I wouldn't be surprised if Bryce goes first. I've yet to hear anything credible about CJ coming back though.

Guaranteed to be the first or 2nd QB taken in the draft means you gotta leave.

I'm not sure I'd call that a "great chance to go undefeated". LSU, at Florida, at Clemson, at Pitt. This is still a very flawed team. Top 10 potential, sure, but 2nd? That's way to spicy for me.

I don't think Iowa will be in preseason rankings. Offense will be improved (can't really be worse) and the defense will lose a few All-Americans but will still be very strong. I don't think their expectations will be any better than 9 wins (and that is at best).

What's with all the FSU hype, did I miss something? Any team with a pulse they lost to

is there a deadline for this?

Definitely before August. I think it has to come out before May though that way you cannot use Athlon or other preseason magazine rankings (although they often differ from AP poll).

I don't think anyone could be dumb enough to put a team that missed a bowl in the top 10.
Which means most of the CFB writers will do exactly that. And A&M fans will once again take it in the shorts about how we are calling predicting playoffs and natty's by mouth breathers around here.
We lost two Heisman level running backs, have only a slightly better than average QB, and will prolly have a QB controversy… they’ll prolly rank us 7. #shakesheadslowly
