I thought Penn State beat the PAC 12 champ Utah in the Rose Bowl. Oh I got ya. It was talking about bowl season. I should have included that. I corrected that.

And as long as the SEC has 6 of the top 10 and 10 of the top 20 recruiting classes, it is going to remain that way. (That's counting Texas and Oklahoma in the SEC numbers.)

This can't be right on the other teams score.

Actually it definitely isn't right. 48 is what was score on Georgia between the two teams they played.
 
Even as an SEC homer, it just isn't fun to brag about SEC anymore. It was fun when it was disrespected in late 90s and early 2000s but today it is basically the dominant league (well really just Alabama and Georgia).

I think B1G runner-up, the meme I found that on, they are talking about Purdue.
B1G runner-up Purdue 7, BIG XII champ Kansas State 20, BIG XII runner up TCU 7, ACC champ Clemson 14 = 48

Are we really calling Purdue the Big 10 runner up? Lol. They won a watered down division to get to the B1G title game. They are at best the 4th best team in the B1G

It will get even worse when both of them join. Not only because they are big-name programs but the $$$ it will bring.

It's easy to say things like this when Bama LSU and Tennessee all beat meh teams in their second rate bowl games.

Ohio State & Michigan probably look pretty good too if they were playing Clemson and Kansas State in Bowls.

The matchups in the 12 team playoff will be a lot tougher.

They did lose to Michigan by a smaller margin than Ohio State…
