'That was special, I'll remember it for the rest of my life,' Bennett said after the game in Los Angeles. 'Champions of the whole world.

'Just seeing everybody who was here when I got here, and they're still here and we're back-to-back, I just, I don't know.'

He finished fourth in the Heisman Trophy voting. Earlier this week, ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. projected him as a third-round pick in the April 27-29 NFL Draft.

You have to give props to Georgia -- they keep all this stuff under wraps until after the season or they leave UGA.

You have kids crashing recruiting vehicles at 3 am. You had their QB hammered pounding on doors in Texas. You have Quay Walker becoming the first player in NFL history to be kicked out of two games in a year for pushing people who aren't even playing in the games.

They really are becoming the new Bama

Excellent, I am down for 4 more natties in the next 10 years.

If NIL didn't happen -- I think it'd be a definite possibility. With teams offering absurd money to many of these top recruits -- I think it will catch up to Georgia on the guys they likely could have signed, if not for the ridiculous money thrown at them.

I heard they accidentally took him to Henry Wade first. :pound:

Joke for one, maybe two here.

He's like a shorter, less talented Baker Mayfield.

Sure, give Stetson a generational defense and he can probably not fuck it up like Wilson for a year or two.
But from what you’re saying though, Bryce Young is gonna be a major bust since he’s smaller than Bennett. I agree BTW

Not a good comparison. Bennett was on the team that ended Baker Mayfield’s college career, and Mayfield never won a playoff game. Bennett won back to back natties
