Problem is that under Ohio law, you can get a DUI even if you are on your own property. And, if the other dude is badly injured, it could get ugly. After all our problems, not wishing anything on anyone. Just pointing out this may be a little more serious than initially thought with his tweet.

It's funny, the law in some states is different. You can get hammered on your own property and it's not a problem.

Sounds like both of them are fine, Hartline is already home even. Not even sure what his BAC was but since he's had his nose clean, this should be a slap on the wrist. Probably just get a fine.

Reminds me of a time me and 3 friends were at Cedar Point and stayed at the hotel there. There is a dock area that hotel guests are allowed to hang out on at night. We all went out with a case of beer and were just sitting by the water. 2 of us were 21, the other 2 were 20 and both just shy of 21.

Security shows up and asks for our ID. None of us had brought anything down from the room so we said we didn't have any. He asks for our room key to confirm we were staying at the hotel and I show him mine. Then he asks "but youre all over 21, right?". 3 of us our like yep, last girl is like no I'm only 20. He was halfway walking away when he asked the question!!!

Luckily we got a pretty cool rent a cop. I'm preparing for the worst and the room was rented out under my friends dad's company so I know he is getting ready to faint.

The guy just said "he appreciates that we weren't being loud or obnoxious but we need to go back to our room and stay there". Didn't even take the beer
