Sangria transformation only thing making that bitter grape Sav blanc drinkable....just made some sangria for tomorrow's festivities (some kind of street festie in MH). I used 2 bottles of sauv b, a cup of white rum and a little more than a cup of peach schnapps and all the fruits: strawberries, grapes, plum, peach, nectarine, orange, lemon, lime and pear. Tomorrow, I'll add a bottle of prosecco. Still feel like it's missing something...any ideas? Or should I just wait until after it mixes & mingles?
