Dude, what are you talking about? I Ignore your posts, so I don't normally see what you post. I don't really care.

That said, if I said "half your class is gone," do you really think I ran the math to the exact numbers? So, if I said "half" that's factually incorrect. To anyone with critical thinking skills, my inference was you've lost a lot of that class, and that is correct. You lose 6 top 114 players. Whether they were cut or not, that totally guts your all-time best class. That's the point that is being made and that can't be disputed.

The point being made is you said we lost half our class. Of the players we lost, not a single one was a starter at the end of the year. How you figure that "guts" our class is beyond stupid.

I already said that if you want to hold me to the literal "half the class" statement, meaning 15.5 players, then I agree I was wrong. You are on a sports board and people use hyperbole when they say something like "shit, you last half your class." So don't stroke out next time, we normally didn't do the math and mean exactly 50% of the class. I won't be typing, "damn, you guys lost three-sixteenths of your class" any time soon.

By the way, I think it is hilarious this means that much to you. I actually don't even remember typing any of this. It's likely that I did ... I enjoy pointing out how sucky your $100 million coach is, how you thought you could NIL your way to significance, and that you lost half your class ... oops, did it again, didn't I?

As to the substance, I get losing people to transfers. Happens to us a lot. When you recruit really well, it happens. Players don't get PT, some don't work out. But, the facts are you lost 6 top-110 players from your class. If they hadn't been included in your class it wouldn't have been the historic class that it was. I know because the same thing happened to our 2018 no. 1, then historic, class. None or a few left after 1 year, but they left for PT, or they didn't work out. It happens. But, if you think that losing 6 top 114 recruits isn't a big deal because they suck, then you need to think that through because it means Dumbo's evals are worse than his terrible coaching.

So keep on typing "cunt" this, or "full of shit" that. I will once again Ignore you and engage with people who are fun and provide content I want to read.

Once he kept ignoring me and responding to other posts of mine, meaning I wasn't on ignore, I started calling him names. Seems it worked.

It's an imperfect feature ... you can see that they have posted, but you don't see the actual post. You can then click to see Ignored Content. You don't see any posts that they start, and you don't get a notification when they do post. If you are active in a thread - this one for example - you can see that they have posted, but not the content without taking further action. I was notified that you had posted, but not that he had clicked some stupid reaction to the post.

I use it for people who don't provide content that I think is worth anything. I am sure many have me on Ignore because they think my posts are too long and detailed, and for other reasons I suspect. Doesn't matter to me or bother me.

People put other on ignore when the other person is right and they can't admit it. Also when they have pretty much zero testicular fortitude.
Worse than people that use the ignore feature are ones that talk shit, refuse to own it, and then pretend they didn't see it because of the ignore feature.

It's a simple concept for me - I am on a bunch of forums and spend way too much time here and elsewhere. If someone is a troll, or just doesn't post good content, I Ignore them. It allows me to pay more attention to people who post good content. It's not always someone you "don't like" or who says things you don't agree with - I love hearing contrary viewpoints. I value my time too much to have to work through worthless content.
