So, 22,000 Teamsters couldn't come to an agreement, and now none of them have jobs.

Am I getting that right ??
And now they all sit on their porches with a cooler of Old Milwaukee complaining about how they got fucked by "The Man".

It said the Union blocked the innovation that Yellow required to stay in business, (which they were ready to move forward on).

Sounds like some jobs might have been cut, thus the Union objection.

I guess the Union preferred the "all jobs cut" option. Winner winner baloney sammich dinner. Madness!

How do you have a company named Yellow and have a logo that’s orange and black?
Is this why the Browns are similarly cursed?

Good work, Teamsters. You sure showed them who's boss! :thumb:

Shits really going to hit the fan tomorrow when UPS goes on strike.

I quit using Yellow Freight 15 years ago because I would specify the delivery needed to be by a box truck with a tommy lift. My parking area wasn't very big and it was difficult for an semi to maneuver.

They'd send an 18 wheeler every got damn time without a tommy lift.

The driver would say there's nothing on the invoice stating box truck with tommy lift and we'd spend the next hour trying to get a 900 lb crate out of the back of his semi so I could get it into my building with a pallet jack.
There was a union hall down the road so I'd have to call them to bring up a forklift to get it on the ground. They were always helpful.
