I'll be shocked if ND-Navy gets 8 million viewers.
It will be around 5. ND averages around 3.4 each week.

Last year's Nebraska/NW game got 4.5. I don't think just about doubling that is too crazy. Army/Navy got almost 7 million as a stand alone game last year. I'd be curious what you think the number might be?

The most money in history for the most boring uniform in history?

All hope has just been lost in Eugene. The most money in history for the most boring uniform in history?

I think somewhere between $55m - $65m. Which on a per game basis, puts it at about half of what NBC gave to the B1G, which I think is reasonable. ND has too many crap games IMO to warrant much more than that.
I will say, this year is the perfect time to renegotiate. Week have Navy in Week 0(the only game on at the time), which I can see getting about 8+ million viewers, and the OSU and SC games are NBC games this year, which should pull in huge viewership as well. This could set up to have the best ratings since 2012.

Here’s a look at how the Irish fared with total viewers during the rest of the regular season schedule according to SportsMediaWatch.com. Numbers for the game versus UNLV streaming exclusively on Peacock were not available.

Also I think they're playing later over there. Last time they played Navy there in 2012 it was at like 1 local time and was airing at 9am in the US. I remember because I was watching it at my daughter's softball practice. So later time here will mean more viewers.First game of the season with no other games in that time slot ??
Wait till they start sponsoring readings and communion. This reminds me of all the Catholic churches in Europe that sell billboard space on their cathedrals now. I saw an Audi billboard in Vienna and a different car ad in Prague. I can't even imagine all of the profit from this!

The infallible and divine Pontiff must be proud!
This is essentially what spawned the Reformation, the selling of papal favors.Wait till they start sponsoring readings and communion.
And now a reading from the Lerner & Rowe Book of Matthew!
Please come forward for Communion sponsored by Birch Gold!
Yeah, and ND’s merchandise sales are less regional. I know they sell a ton of ND stuff in EP. Probably as much as my Miners.Probably true, but ND is at the top now!
