They missed a few disclosures, hence the lawsuit. I still don't get the thinking of people who hop on the bandwagon to take a new fad drug when all of the potential side effects have not been recognized or detected.

Some people are desperate for relief from whatever condition they are facing. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis last year and they put me on a drug that is used for chemo patients. It is not a chemo therapy drug itself but used as a companion. It helped but I had second thoughts about the risks and stopped. But when you are in almost constant pain you can get desperate. So I can sympathize.
