Ok. Setting up an interview with a potential candidate. Trying to work out times. Candidate is in Colorado, I’m in Texas. I ask her, how about 10:00 AM Mountain/11:00 AM Central on Thursday? She says “Either one is fine”

This isn’t going to go well…

I’m honestly thinking about it. It’s been really hard to source candidates with a specific skill set, but I’m starting to think there’s a reason why she’s available.
