I did that after I cut the 8 acres. Then push the bush hog on and cut 12 more, then dipped into the pool again. Heat index was over 100 by 12 today. Managed to stay hydrated, but I am still not feeling well tonight. Gonna drink a couple of beers and get a good nights sleep. Next week starts real football.

Yeah a friend of mine played a 27 hole golf tournament today. Was 96 here. Needless to say, he did not make the pool party.

I bet. I hit the pool in between my first round of cutting and the bush hog work. I am glad I only have one more time to cut the big field this season, and cannot wait until all grass is done for the year. Advised the wife that all grass cutting is now on my football schedule and she can either agree or cut the damn grass herself Football is happening now.

Please tell me you salvaged some of those peaches before hauling off the branches?

And why wasn't anybody harvesting before they gave way?
