I ain't no Prime Time fan at all. I know first hand about him and his so called charter "school" when I was doing contract work for the Texas Education Agency. Google Prime Prep Academy and you'll see what I mean.

That said, I think people are putting way too much stock in TCU this year. It'll be tough to get over that ass whipping/embarrassing loss to Georgia. They also lost 2 of their last 3 games last year and got too much credit for the one win in beating an over ranked Michigan team...at least IMO. 2.) They lost a ton of talent from last year's team....had six players drafted. That's a lot for a team like TCU.

TCU easily could have been an 8-win team last year.

Not saying they are going to lose to CU, just that they are overrated

Absolutely they could have and like I said, they lost a ton of guys. I don't think they'll be bad at all. But they are getting the love bump because of last year...similar to how the traditional powers get the beginning season love because of reputation, name recognition. recruiting, etc.

TCU isn't a plug and play school like the big recruiters are. They won 6 games by less than double digits. If 1/2 of those go the other way there's three losses right there. (To be fair they did lose a 3 pointer as well.) They got three extra games with the CCG, CFP Semi and CFP final and lost two of 'em.

All that said, TCU didn't even win their conference but did beat the B1G champion on a neutral field so there's that.

Yea they brought in a ton of transfers, but only a few of them are actually good. Most of those guys are either about equal or only minimally better than they guys they are replacing.

I won't beat you up too much about it, but that's why I hate making big proclamations before we've seen 1 minute of game.
