Well It Didn’t Take Long For NIL Collectives To Become As Exploitative As The NCAA

I sure as hell wouldn't pick it up as income because that is a loan. A conditional loan but a loan and I would setup an amortization schedule once I signed and deducted payments over principal as an interest expense.
Except it’s supposed to be an in kind payment for the rights to use his name, image and likeness. It’s not a “loan” or a gratuity. I mean it’s designed that way hit it’s not what NIL is supposed to be about

Yeah, first they fucked up Rashada’s deal now this.

It’s amazing to me what people will sign without ever reading what they sign.

Education is super important people.

Hey guys you told me the NCAA was the whole problem and that paying players was the answer.

Can you tell me what the next solution is?
The dunce argument.
Monopsonies and not paying principals is ethically and morally bankrupt.
Further, if there wasn’t an NCAA that kept players as indentured servants, the proper contracts and collectives would have naturally progressed instead of the Wild West we see now.. as I’ve stated a gazillion times… as it is in every other goddamned money making sport.
Fucking dunce level argumentation.

After your post, I'm left with juvenile insults but still no answers. 😢

Here, let me try again.

The solution is to have a robust network managers and agents and maybe even unions looking after these kids like in every other profitable sport.. the very thing every other sport has… the very thing the ncaa monopsony hindered completely.
You can ignore what I’ve said literally a hundred times AND in the post you’re quoting, but that’s not on me.

Be very careful for what you ask for, 'cause you just might get it.
Yep. Which reminds me of.............

Why hasn't college football done this?

Just say "monopsony" a bunch of times but offer as the only solution an extension of what has never worked in college athletics. :rolleyes2:

What was purposefully not done for decades. Like I said. Hundreds of times.

How much of the 430K did this dumb ass spend on his grille?

Collective Bargaining

College football is a professional sport. Just drop the school affiliations and jettison the hypocrisy of student-athlete.
