12pm - LSU at Miss State
3:30pm - South Carolina at Georgia - Don't see this being great so will flip
3:30pm - Minnesota at North Carolina
5pm - Washington at Michigan State
7pm - Tennessee at Florida
7:30pm - BYU at Arkansas
7:30pm - Pitt at West Virginia
10pm - Colorado State at Colorado

Biggest Game - Tenn vs FL
Game that should be over the fastest - SC vs UGA

Not a great week and most of these are flip to see what is happening and just stick with the most interesting game. I'll record Auburn but will probably watch Tenn at FL.

If Tennessee is a legit contender, that Florida game should be over quickly. They have nothing on offense whatsoever.

The closest games from what I see should be the two 7:30 games. If Minnesota's defense shows up, they could keep it close with UNC for a little bit. Otherwise it's gonna be a snoozer of a weekend IMO.

At first glance, I was thinking Minny/UNC would tell us the most. But unless it is a rout one way or the other, I’ve changed my mind.

well i don't feel so bad doing much needed errands during the day Saturday anymore

Depends how the season unfolds. If it's a tight game and Minnesota is a 5-7 team while UNC is 10-2/11-1, it'll be worth noting.

Yep, that's a +1 one on that one

Doubt I'll watch any games Saturday. Nothing in the above line-up is of interest to me. Depending on where I am, I might give the Pitt/WVU game a peek or two.

Thank you Pitt

I think Minnesota is probably a 7/8 win team even if they lose this game. Only for sure losses after this unc game is Michigan and OSU. Schedule is pretty easy. I think Fleck has won 8/9 games per year outside of the covid year.

I hadn't realized that but you're right. He's weird as hell but he has been getting good results. 29 wins the last 3 full seasons. Maybe they'll make Saturday a game?

I'm with you -- I was bitter that my kid had a game rescheduled and we have a baseball doubleheader on saturday, but the only game I want to watch is Florida/Tennessee and that is at 7.

I do think they'll be able too. They don't have the talent of a team like South Carolina(at least on paper), but they're better coached IMO. South Carolina couldn't stop UNC's D-line. I expect Minnesota will be much better equipped to do that. Minnesota also has a really good defense. I'm leaning low scoring so I think it'll be a good game.

Yeah I think I'm gonna like the under in that one too. It'd be cool to see Minnesota pull the upset. Definitely gonna be interesting seeing all the B1G/ACC matchups play out.

Colorado vs. CSU

Everyone seems pretty sold on UW for now, which is cool. But the run game is completely non existent, which is going to be a problem at some point. I’d be sweating the MSU game a bit, but with their coach out for being a creep it seems not so concerning.

MSU's offense is ass. Only way it's close is if Penix decides to revert back to his 2021 Indiana form.

I fully expect to be disinterested in the 3Pm games by the time Washington Kicks off and I'll be watching that one for the first half at least. I want to see if Washington is a quiet contender.

I like the way Washington is going about their business and letting the scoreboard talk for them right now it's like they are the polar opposite of Oregon. The B1G is going to wake up very soon and go WTF did we do once they get a good taste of that fanbase.

We’ve been trying to warn everyone for years.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be sweating it too much. Just knowing it’s a matter of time until a team gets to Penix enough to throw off the pass game and there’s nothing at this point they’ve shown they can balance it out with.

Don’t think MSU is that team, but going on the road and all that.

OMG that is a miserable slate. No wonder Gameday is going to CO for the Coach Prime show, but that game sucks too because Colorado State sucks.

Um,UW lost to a crap team on the road last year right after losing their HC. These things can galvanize a team to play above themselves.

UW should win, but I expect them to play rough in the first half. I'll be shocked if they are up a lot before half.

The running game is really unknown. They don't have a lot of yards, but with both of the teams played so far not able to stop the passing game, there wasn't a lot of reason to run it 30 times.
