MLB has fucked up the Wild Card.
No division winner should have to play in the wild card round, so they should go back to just two wild card teams.
Also, fuck a 3-game wild card series. Go back to 1-and-done.
The current format is bullshit. If you don't agree, you have two choices:
1) Change your mind

Here's what I like about 1-game playing Wild Card round:
1) the postseason kicks off with two exciting "game 7s" Win or go home.
2) the three game WC schedule has the division winners sitting idle for five days
3) with the 1-game WC, the possibility existed for a Wild Card team to end up playing four games vs four different opponents in four different cities. That's badass and I wanted to see that happen.
