One loss PAC Champion has always gotten into the playoffs. The problem has been the PAC champion has had 2 or more losses.

With the parity at the top of the conference I wouldn't be surprised if the eventual champ had 2 losses again.

You are probably right - but I’m sticking my neck out to say the UW/UO winner either runs the table or suffers only one loss. Neither team will lose to USC.
