Confused Bugs Bunny GIF by Looney Tunes

had to google it

Was just in the Rite Aid and the halloween candy is already 50% off, and there are Krimmins cookies and decorations being put out

Rite Aid is about to file for bankruptcy, so the discounts are not a surprise. But, I will definitely check out the candy discounts.

Did not know

We used to have 2 of them within a couple blocks of the house, but they closed one up about 8-10 years ago. Didn't make sense to have two of them so close to each other.

Hope they don't shutter this one, because the next closest drugstore is a bit of a hike

cvs and walgreens...

isn't eckards in retail heaven with Kmart?
Is it? I haven't seen one since moving up north, they used to be everywhere down south. There was one in my hometown that still had the old style soda fountain and lunch counter

Well, shewt:

Eckerd Corporation was an American drug store chain that was headquartered in Largo, Florida,[1] and toward the end of its life, in Warwick, Rhode Island.[2]

Wiki says they got split up between Walgreens and Rite Aid in 2004-2007

Does Eckerd's still exist?

JC Penney and Eckerds merged. Later, JC Penney spun Eckerd back off into their own business which a large number of stores were later sold to CVS. CVS converted the remaining Eckerd branded stores into CVS. In essence, they were sold to another drugstore chain and those stores converted into that chain's brand name

Im always puzzled by the clusters of office supply store and mattress stores in such close proximity to each other. Has to be a front for something because not one of them is ever busy. They’ve got 3 employees doing fuck all and 2 shoppers “Just browsing”

Never done one of these haunted houses/basements/whatever (not opposed to it just one of those things that hasn't happened) but I can't help but wonder how many people who do them tried fighting the people scaring them out of fear and not thinking.

Around here the restaurants are usually the fronts. Or the bodegas.
