Is it "Strategy" or just that they don't practice taking snaps under center?
 
Not sure how you give him that timeout. The players were moving when he was running down the field asking for it in the replay
 
Roll out with Bo allowing him to dump off or run.

Not something they do normally, but he's got some kind of midsection injury. They had to have had much better options anyway.
