Daily Trivia

Well when you dont know an answer to a trivia question like this,of course its gonna be uneducated.........lol

So with the hints out there:

Older than Rick Monday
CWS started in 1947
AL MVP
And a name thats probably got lost over time....so its not a big name you hear all the time.......

Im going Elston Howard......hes not a HoFer so I can see where his name is not brought up much and is lost in time.......

I don't think of Cal as a traditional baseball power.

Jackie Jensen.

There's the guy that I figured would eventually get it. Jackie played at Cal for the very first College World Series champion and got a World Series ring with the Yankees in 1950.

Jackie always seemed to me like the kind of guy that you would remember if you were alive when he was active. I found out about him watching old "Home Run Derby" reruns as a kid, I heard his resumé and was immediately interested and wondered why I hadn't heard about him. Great name too, he sounds like a star athlete at the rival school in the Archie comics

You're up.

6 players have hit 3 cycles in their career. One got them all against the same team.

Who is he?

Who was the last player to play for three different pennant winning teams in three consecutive seasons.

Hint, all three teams were in the same division

If the Rangers win tonight, Will Smith will take the crown

So did he play in todays divisions or back when there were only two divions in each league.......??

Aroldis Chapman seems to me has changed teams quite the bit,and I think I remember him in the WS more than once( maybe with theYankees and Astros)

Not sure but Ill go with Aroldis......

No, Chapman had only ever appeared in one World Series(potentially two if the Rangers win tonight.

Only teams he’s played for are Reds, Yankees, Cubs, Royals and Rangers.

All 3 teams are in the same division.

No uneducated guesses around here damn it,or youre getting the bat signal......lol
You have to guess, but at the same time, when given hints, you need to use them. Chapman hasn’t played for more than one team in any one division other than the NL Central, with 2 teams, and one of them hasn’t made the WS since 1990

Lol.....thats the best educated guess I could give being he has changed teams so many times.
Not really, he was a Yankee for a long time, and a Red for multiple years too. Before this season, he had only played for three teams, one was just a few month stop in Chicago
