Brock Bowers out 4-6 weeks

Of course it is ... that is what one does when you lose a really good player. We lost George Pickens for all of 2021, and AD Mitchell for 2022, and Burton was out a ton with injuries.

We'll go with "next man up" and then see what happens. One thing you won't see from me, and I hope not from Dawg fans, is all the whining we've seen from other teams when they lost top players. Injuries are part of the game, we purposely rotate players at all positions and it hurts us in recruiting. Let's see if everyone steps u

Of course we won't even Dawgs fans aren't that big of hypocrites.

You’d think these mouth breathing retards would finally understand the concept of having depth. That’s why when UGA has injuries, they just keep on trucking and why when your team has injuries they completely fall apart

Florida is not good, man and Georgia had a bye week to figure things out

In no way is this the same as losing a star player in the middle of a national championship game.

That being said, you do still have to play the game and injuries are a part of it. I take no credit away from Georgia bc the other teams had injuries.

I'll look at my own team as well, if Mcgahee doesn't go down in 03, no way Ohio State wins that game.

If the next man isn’t ready for any situation, that’s a flaw in the team.

Brock's pussy hurts

Difference between not being ready and just not being as good. I highly doubt your next TE is as good as Bowers but he can still know the system well and execute

Now if he isn't as good AND isn't prepared, then I agree it's a coaching issue.

Delp was a top recruit and was making an impact even before the Bowers injury, and made an impact yesterday.

McConkey finally being fully healthy is what’s gonna make people forget Bowers is out

A fair post ... to those who disagree with this reasonable take, we lost Darnell Washington in the middle of our game against tOSU. Before you say "Darnell Washington is no Marvin Harrison" understand that our offense went through 12 formation with Big O being the key to that. I could argue us losing him was more important than tOSU losing Harrison because our entire offense was basically revolving off Big O doing his thing.

But, somehow we managed without a key player lost during the game, and our best WR lost before the game.

I was bird hunting in South Dakota last week, but now is as good of a time as any to serve up some crow to every retard that said Bowers was out for the year and wouldn’t listen to smarter people than them who are closer to the situation.

I said he’d be back for the Tennessee game, turns out I was too conservative by a week. Touchdown in both games since his return and he even had one of the more classy Tennessee fans spit in his face today

Georgia looks to be figuring things out and playing their best football of the year in November. Which is what you want

Was their MO last year too. A few ugly wins early, turn it on for the stretch run. Think we’re gonna have a far tougher CCG this year though

Yes. Bama appears to have hit their stride as well.
I still think we beat em, but LSU last year was pretty much an afterthought, just get through with no injuries and do work in the playoffs and we were in even if we lost anyways.

Gonna be a loser plays an also ran bowl this year
