I was surprised the question was asked. Why would anyone be embarrassed of a team they root for? Some games they have played in the past have been embarrassing losses. But personally feeling like that? Over a game?

I think if any of the above happened regarding academics -- THAT is when you'd see shit hit the fan with alumni, administration, boosters, etc.

Academics comes way before football for U of M.
