Do you realize no one gets "sued into oblivion?" As a lawyer I loved that ... "oh, boy, we are going to sue the shit out of you, you've done it now" ... said no attorney ever. That's what we do ... we love going to trial. We love the fight. We love billing the hours.

I thought the same thing for a while, but he is so delusional now he's either (1) really stupid, or (2) so bought in on UM sources that are equally stupid that he can't back down. The other UM poster(s) at least have pointed out they are embarrassed, and if it happened then the axe should fall.

The whole "RYAN DAY HIRED PI FIRMS" shit has already been proven to be bullshit anyways. Michigan "insider" desperate for some good news got doped by fucking Zach Smith putting out bogus rumors. You literally have national media, non-tOSU, who have interviewed one of the scouts who admitted he was hired to do exactly what has been alleged.

You have schools other than tOSU who have undisputable evidence that Stalions bought tickets to future games.

I need to go no further. Those two things right there have nothing to do with tOSU bias and are damning enough to force B1G action.

I saw some bit from 247 about how Michigan State is being even more vocal than Ohio State about this.

And yea even then you get the whole conference knocking on the B1Gs door to do something. They'll keep pretending like it's just Ohio State (more specifically Day himself) who's "UNFAIRLY OUT TO GET THEM!" though. It makes them feel better about things.

What's going to be real interesting is, if we get to the point where it's looking like there might be a path for a conference to get 2 teams into the playoff. You wanna bet that the other conferences with a dog in the race don't start raising hell to the NCAA?
