Why is Martinez still the starting QB? McCaffrey looks like a great runner. He can't possibly be any worse than Martinez as a passer?

I understand why he did, but I didn't agree with it. Fromm wasn't gonna ever be the reason we won or lost a game, Fields is a difference maker though.

I guess batting .500 on the QB decisions isn't too bad. Choosing Fromm over Eason was definitely the right move.

But Fields should have been a no brainer. They chose a game manager over a difference maker. All they had to do was put in some read options into their offense and spread it out a little bit.

Martinez is supposed to be showing better decision making.
Luke’s a baller, but I worry about durability with his frame.

At times it looks like the game is fast for him, which if we could get some pressure on fields he may stutter too.

I agree, but Fromm would have been a perfect QB at Bama in the 09-12 year range, and unfortunately, that's what Kirby was wanting to be. I think hiring Todd Monken at OC is a big step in the right direction in modernizing the offense, team needs time to really learn the system, and we need a real QB(JT Daniels is cleared for contact, but apparently is still having mobility issues)
