Agreed. UCLA may have a strong program historically, but the 21st century hasn't been a good one. The only multi-year stretch that's been better was 2012-15, otherwise it's been a bunch of 4-7 win teams with an 8-5 and 10-2 sprinkled in.
UCLA also had to replace the likes of DTR/Charbonnet/Bobo on offense. Doesn't help that Moore has struggled as a true freshman and while Garbers has been more effective, he's been hurt. The defense has had a massive turnaround.
