MLB owners voted to allow the Athletics to move to Las Vegas, sources told ESPN, a significant step toward Oakland losing its last major men's professional sports team.

These type of groups always do this just so they get big fact chunk of money to go away. Portland always has numerous groups ready to sue if expansion ever gets started there.
