It sounds like it’s a common practice. It is not a defense. Punishment should be appropriate and consistent. Has any other team been accused of this?

Well, I feel better knowing why they dropped the lawsuit. It wasn't making sense otherwise. Though if Clink was involved, you'd think he'd be fired at the same time? It also makes sense why they took the deal of no further B10 punishments.

Well, no further B10 punishments depending on what else the NCAA comes out with.

My guess is they didn't want to dump Partridge and Clink at the same time. Have to keep the defense somewhat coherent before Clink's time ultimately comes.

12 team playoff, ridiculous schedule and replacing an entire team? I'm not entirely sure we're going to do all that well anyway next year. Plus the NCAA sucks. So fuck 'em.

Regardless of what happens with michigan in all of this, we can at least agree on this part.
 
The President may well be the next to fall. All his bluster shows he didn't know what the hell was going on. What an idiot. The academic side of this is going to come after him for making UM look bad.
