All of this talk about Parity…

What do you like?? Sagarin? Oregons got worse numbers than Alabama and Texas there too

If this week's rankings still have Oregon ahead of Bama then I don't see how that changes if they both win out even with Georgia being the best team

Now if the committee decides to swap them then Id be inclined to start thinking your way

I guarantee it. Bama and Texas will both get in over Oregon if it comes down to it

Nah. If Bama wins, they probably won’t make the CFP. FSU is still prolly gonna go undefeated, and Texas beat Bama.
So, Bama will be 5. Maybe next year.
You lookin to get booted from the SEC before you ever make it here?!?

Is this your galaxy guarantee or one of the lesser ones?

Texas is Oregons best friend right now. Because they are a roadblock for Alabama right now. They don’t think Texas is better than Oregon and they can’t have Alabama ahead of Texas because of the H2H

Bitch we would wreck you. Bo Nix wasn’t shit in the SEC and had to run to the Pac12 to play nobodies to finally look good.

You misunderstand. You won't get the opportunity because your ass is going to be handed to you in Atlanta.

Louisville is gonna be a tough out for them without their QB. Florida is a wreck so they can probably beat them anyway
Florida’s defense is so bad, FSU could probably run it up the gut every play and still hang 50 on UF

And the Winner of Alabama/Georgia is just gonna win the National Title AGAIN
I agree with you, but only because Georgia is going to win and Georgia is the best team in CFB right now. Crazy how the tables have turned and now Alabama is riding the coattails of Georgia now.

I hate to admit it but Alabama has gotten much better. Their defense has been good all year but they figured out how to use Milroe and now they are a tough out for anyone. Not sure I’d bet em against Georgia but past that.. I think it’s bad news for their opponent and.. I think the committee knows that too.

We'll see where they get put.

It's not that McCord "sucks" he just isn't the level of Stroud/Fields. Which to some I can see how that makes it look like he "sucks". Ohio State has been spoiled with elite level QBs. The second we get one who's just good and not elite people freak the fuck out.

Doesn't help your non-Harrison receivers haven't looked all that good save for Egbuka (who has struggled to stay healthy) and Stover. Fleming was a decent #3 receiver last year, but he's regressed. Tate looks intriguing but he's a freshman WR, he could really blossom next year without Harrison and Egbuka there. Of course, there is the matter of not letting Harrison beat you. A healthy Henderson also needs to be accounted for in the passing game. McCord's more like 2017 Barrett minus the running ability

Your offense is still good, but it isn't quite up to par with the 2017-22 offensive juggernauts. Your defense scares me more, though I'm thankful you guys don't quite have another Bosa/Young on your DL. Michigan's tackles are a bit of a weak link right now. I just hope Michigan's saving the flea flickers/play action for this week, because they've been rather lacking. Not sure why either, those plays have been pretty effective and help keep opposing defenses on their toes

One of my big beefs with Day is that he seemingly refuses to even somewhat seriously incorporate younger players in the offensive, No reason the freshman WRs shouldn't be getting a little more run. With all of the talent we have at WR we should have decent options at #3/#4 and even #5 but they are rarely used until garbage time.

Henderson is looking like his 2021 self again, he's finally fully healthy and not playing super hesitant anymore.

I don't disagree, but freshman receivers that make significant contributions aren't very common. Hell, look at Braylon Edwards (only 3 catches as a freshman), Charles Rogers (didn't get any play as a freshman), or Justin Jefferson (0 receptions as a freshman)

I don't expect them to make huge contributions, but you'd think they could be put into position to do a little more than they have.

In the same aspect though. McCord isn't the QB who's going to scan the field fast and work to his 3rd/4th option. So that probably has a lot to do with it for this year.

Might wanna check those facts.

Bama and Texas each have 3 ranked wins. Oregon has ZERO

Bama and Texas both have top 25 SOS…Oregons is 63rd

Texas SOR is 6th, Alabamas is 7th, Oregons is 9th.
Tennessee is not a ranked win. Stop
Trying to church it up. Everyone knew from the moment they got whipped by Texas, Alabama would have to win out to be in the invitational.

Lol they'll have Tennessee in the CFP top 25 playoff still. Bet on it.

They've beaten no one and lost badly in every game they've lost (including to a shit Florida squad) but they'll keep them ranked just like the AP and coaches did.

Good lord, they better not.

And their big win against LsU….yeah lsu scores a ton of points but they have 1 good win all year. They’ve beat a bunch of crap teams but hey, they are lsu so rank them high
