Time to Fire Ryan Day

So we just put up with Day losing big games and winning nothing forever because “his replacement may be worse!”? Lol ok

You have about as much idea that Day will lose big games forever as you do about his replacement.

The "Natty or Bust" attitude sucks and belongs in the SEC threads.
I don’t think it’s natty or bust. Expecting a natty every season is not realistic. I think not losing to your lesser talented biggest rival 3 times in a row, with the latest being against an interim HC because your HC ratted their HC out for doing something every team does is a very reasonable expectation though

I know Wisconsin wouldn’t know about this. You can still enjoy your Alamo or whatever commercial shilling moral victory bowl every year
Win or lose, I do enjoy those games. Too bad your total enjoyment of life is decided by 3 hours on a random Saturday afternoon.

Get a life.

Day is mentally weak and that rubs off on his players. You have to gamble every now and then. I remember a lot of people saying getting rid of a coach that wins 10 games pretty well every year for a first time HC was a risky move for UGA. Seemed to work out

Like I said, take it to the SEC.

Don't get me wrong. I threw my remote at the wall after the pick (it survived) and was pretty much in a terrible mood for the next few hours but eventually cooler heads must prevail

I remember a time you were starting fire Kirby Smart threads. Day probably needs to make one or two staff adjustments and absolutely needs to change how game days are run but I can't get on board with him being fired yet.

I don’t think you read my post. Big Slow isn’t just referring to the players apparently
I read your post and also read your posts when Georgia wasn't winning nattys.

I like rivalry games as much as anybody, but when the game is over plus a couple hours, life goes on. Win or lose.

90% of that was fucking with that other UGA fan since he took the bait every time.

Realistically, you can’t fire Day, but AD needs to make it clear that he must shake the Cryin’ Day nickname and stop getting outcoached by Harbaugh, and if he snitches again it’s curtains

Take it to the retirement home, grandpa. It means more in the SEC and that is a fact you are going to have to deal with. Now run along and make us some bacon and eggs.

Thanks

This June, there will be an entire class of Ohio State students who will graduate never experiencing a win against their most hated rival. I don’t know how you could do anything but fire the man responsible for that.

Like I said, take it to the SEC. When all you have in your sorry life is college football, it should mean more.

P.S. Every coach in the SEC besides Smart should be fired. :headbanger:

Day did execute a 16 point improvement over last year with arguably a worse team.

There will be a new AD next season so I do hope he gets tough with Day and forces him to make the changes he has been reluctant to make. Everyone on the coaching staff should be reevaluated. Day absolutely needs to hand of play calling duties. If there isn't anyone on staff ready for that then go get someone.

It's silly season again

I really wish Day would have gone for the first down before the half, but I disagreed with Sherrone Moore settling for a field goal at the end of the game as well, especially when your best CB is sitting on the sidelines. It came pretty close to backfiring on him.

Choices are judged in hindsight.

I had Michigan -3, so I appreciate the FG at the end.
